A pre-order item on the website simply means paying in advance for an item that is NOT yet available to secure the size of your choice. Please pay attention to the Estimated Time of Arrival date (ETA) before placing your order to avoid any miscommunication. The ETA date provided to you on the website is the date that Demarie London receives the stock, not the costumer.
Your order will be shipped the day the stock arrives and a shipping confirmation will be emailed to you as long as you have provided us with the required email address. There are times when the ETA changes, be rest assured that we will communicate with you about this.
